Course Overview
This course introduces students to the art and discipline of classical string performance. Through guided instruction and ensemble practice, learners will develop technical mastery, musical expression, and interpretive skills across violin, viola, and cello. The program emphasizes posture, bowing technique, tone production, and musical phrasing, preparing students for solo and orchestral performance.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
Demonstrate correct posture, hand positioning, and bow control.
Read and interpret standard music notation for string instruments.
Apply scales, arpeggios, and etudes to improve technical fluency.
Develop tone quality, intonation, and dynamic control.
Perform classical repertoire with stylistic accuracy and expression.
Collaborate effectively in ensemble and orchestral settings.
Understand instrument care, tuning, and maintenance fundamentals.

Outcomes
Graduates will possess refined technical skills, interpretive artistry, and the confidence to perform solo or as part of an ensemble in classical and contemporary settings.
Class Structure:
Diploma Students:
Duration: 1 year Diploma
6 months minimum, (Renewable)
For a Diploma in Music certification.
Course 1.: Choice instruments selected. (Major)
Course 2: Theory of music and Sight reading (Compulsory)
Course 3: (Ear training)
Course 4: MUSON/ABRSM Certification. (Elective)
Lecture Structure:
3 days a week (Mondays: 10am - Tuesdays: 1pm - Thursdays: 1pm)
Weekend Students:
Children : 9am - 12pm
Adults: 12;30 - 3pm
Subscriptions:
Contact our admin for Subscriptions options, you can choose a monthly, quarterly, Six monthly, or Annual subscription. Which ever is convenient, would be your payment renewal plan.
